Important legal note
Clause 6.1 of the original Latvian text specifies a six-month period. Current Latvian consumer law generally makes the seller liable for non-conformity discovered within two years of delivery, while a defect discovered within the first year is generally presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. I recommend correcting this clause before publishing the document. See the official Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Consumer Rights Protection Centre’s guidance.
